UKSA’s 15 strong Zest dinghy fleet has received a boost through the sponsorship of sails by PC Consultants. The Zest fleet is used throughout the year in UKSA’s Test the Water programmes, in addition to dinghy sailing sessions and for RYA Dinghy Sailing courses.

Senior Watersports Instructor, Tom Bailey, says “The RS Zests are fantastic for learning to sail, a really brilliant beginner boat”.

The Test the Water programme from UKSA provides free water-based adventure to every Year 6 Island school with the aim to support all Island children to gain water-confidence, understand water safety, and to support students to develop confidence and life skills such as communication and resilience.

This support from PC Consultants not only reflects support for UKSA and the programme but highlights the importance the company places on water safety and the opportunity for every child on the island to be confident both in and on the water.
